We expanded our facilities in 2005 to 80,000 sq. ft. (nearly 40%) in order to better serve our customers needs and growth.

When it comes to building unique programs for our clients, HPI begins by listening to the client's needs and then looks at the flexibility of our many services and capabilities in order to make it happen. Everything from technology requirements that need complete customization (such as payroll deduct) to apparel requirements that go up to a gray, size 20XL T-shirt, we have you covered.

HPI is dedicated to complete customer satisfaction. Our account team works diligently to provide the program support necessary to keep our clients' programs running smoothly. Our in-house customer service team has First Call resolution – empowerment to resolve all inquiries or concerns immediately, most without escalation (over 90% handled on first call).

At HPI Direct, we produce all embroidery, heat transfers, name tag engraving and alterations in house. Our quality control and brand enforcement assures our customers of consistency in their corporate image as well as provides shorter turnaround times.

Currently HPI Direct is managing over 18,000 proprietary SKUs for our customers and shipped over 290,000 orders yearly.

Our service levels include same day shipping for in-stock orders placed by 2 PM EST, returns processed within 48 hours and order accuracy rates over 99.5%.
